By accessing or participating in Collectors Market 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not attend or participate in the event.

2. Event Admission

General admission to Collectors Market 2026 is FREE. VIP tickets, when available, provide additional benefits.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone
  • Attendees must comply with venue rules and regulations
  • Inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund

3. Vendor Terms

Vendors must:

  • Pay booth fees in full before the event
  • Only sell authentic collectibles
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations
  • Maintain their assigned booth space throughout the event
  • Clean up their booth at the end of each day

Booth fees are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation by organizers.

4. Trading & Transactions

  • All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly
  • Collectors Market is not responsible for disputes between traders
  • We strongly recommend using on-site authentication services
  • Counterfeit items are strictly prohibited
  • Report suspicious activity to event staff immediately

5. Photography & Media

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. Images may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

6. Liability

Collectors Market, its organizers, and partners are not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Authenticity of items traded at the event
  • Financial losses from transactions
  • Personal injury (except where required by law)

Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing their belongings.

7. Event Changes

We reserve the right to modify event dates, times, venue, or programming without prior notice. In case of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and refunds issued where applicable.

8. Code of Conduct

All attendees must:

  • Treat others with respect
  • Follow venue and staff instructions
  • Maintain a safe environment
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior

Violation may result in immediate removal from the event.
